The folks below are the ones who will be designing and building your site as well as delivering your marketing campaigns and driving your internet success. Stephen Harvey-Franklin

Steve has been in e-commerce since 1996, following an early career in Publishing and Management Consultancy.

• Firstly as Managing Director of a number of leading online photo libraries. During this time he took direct responsibility for the website development and oversaw tremendous growth often in excess of 100% pa and was presented with the Queens Award for Export Achievement. 
• Secondly as managing Director of the UK's leading independent online seller of digital cameras, when Stephen left to set up WSI in Yorkshire, the company had grown by 70% during the year and was turning over £20m outselling Amazon, e-trader and dabs, in fact outselling everyone except Dixons & Jessops.

Steve's passion is for meeting new clients and seeing a client's bottom line increase as a result a website or a search engine marketing campaign. "It is a joy to meet new people, learn about different industries and to develop online solutions for each client".

At home Steve is married to wife Fiona, together they have 5 children, and with any spare time remaining likes to run or cycle.

Ben Prince

Ben Prince is our Business Development Manager and has been in sales and marketing all his working life. Ben is a natural relationship builder and has a relaxed, professional approach to advising clients on their Digital Marketing Strategy. Ben’s philosophy is to always advise in the clients best interests.

Ben is an outdoors man and enjoys walking and mountain biking in the Pennines, taking part in the Holme Valley Mountain Bike Challenge each year

John-Paul Drake

John-Paul Drake has joined us at WSI Yorkshire is our dedicated Pay Per Click and Google Adwords specialist. John-Paul worked for Google on their AdWords Jump Start team, helping businesses get their PPC campaigns started and producing maximum return on investment, before becoming an Online Marketing Manager for an ecommerce site. Here John-Paul developed further skills in Social media, affiliate and email marketing

When he’s not helping businesses get more customers, John-Paul enjoys watching the mighty Huddersfield Town and playing bass guitar in his band Propane Penny

Daniel Fielding

Dan has been with us since 2006. He has a BA (Hons) in Multimedia Design and spends most of his working time managing the development team and projects. He also leads the team working on our Content Management System and other in-house products. He's passionate about great design, clean compliant code and finding solutions to website issues.

In his spare time he likes to golf and watch Formula 1 races.

Chrisi Reid

Chrisi's website design and development experience started at the University of New Mexico. She has a keen interest in the usability and customer experience of websites, particularly in e-commerce systems and testing, which she has been exercising since she joined WSI in 2005. She is also developing further skills in Flash animation and programming to create rich media presentations for our sites. Chrisi has also studied 3D Art, Art History, Drawing & Painting.

Outside the office, much of her time is taken up caring for a menagerie of exotic animals - enough snakes and lizards to qualify as a small zoo. When she is not feeding, maintaining or being bitten by something with scales, she spends a great deal of time providing support and advice to other exotics keepers online.

Marcin Skowronek

Marcin has a wide range of technical knowledge, including server administration for Windows and Linux/*nix systems as well as Cisco administration. He has also worked with 3D design and can build rich, interactive websites using XHTML, PHP and JavaScript. 

In his free time he tries to do as many sports as possible, with his favourites being skiing, motor biking, horse riding and scuba diving. He also likes good movies, strategy games and travelling to places he's never been.

Greg Manda

Greg specializes in software development, his favourite programming languages are Java, Php and Javascript. For over 2 years he has been dedicated to website development using PHP, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript. He has an M.Sc. degree in computer science covering database design and web technologies.

Apart from sitting in front of the computer he likes playing basketball, training aikido, swimming and climbing. Also plays on guitar and listens to rock music. 

Rahul Shukla

Rahul has worked in Search Engine Optimisaton for over 3 years. Before joining WSI Rahul worked in a senior position in his team.  He has a Bachelor in Computer Applications and Masters inf E-Business.

Rahul loves listening to music and loves to travel when ever he has free time.

Soham Biswas

Soham has a Diploma in Web Design and Development and has worked in the field for 4 years. He's creates all of our website designs and works with clients on branding/logo design projects. He also does a lot of our front-end website coding and blog creation.

He enjoys travelling, dancing, playing games and watching movies.
